What is a DPA?

Many state, county and city governments provide financial assistance for homebuyers in their communities who are qualified and ready for homeownership. Requirements vary, but if you're eligible, you could receive down payment assistance ranging from a few thousand dollars to larger amounts, depending on your needs, your qualifications, and where the home is located.

The Lakeview National Program

The Lakeview Program offers an interest-only payment on your mortgage. That means you'll pay just the interest, no principal, for a set time, in an effort to make your payments more affordable. One thing to note: this payment is only on the 2nd lien. The first lien will have the current amortizing rate.

• Available to non-first-time homebuyers with additional Loan-To-Value restrictions
• Lower Median Income requirements for those with income lower than the Area Median Income
