How do I order uniform items?
If you are in need of replacement uniform items, please fill out a request using the Titan WeCare Hub form located here: https://titanuniforms.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=14812067657619
Under "Which type of uniform do you need?" select the appropriate uniform and fill out the information for the items you are in need of. This form can also be used to re-order shoes.
NOTE: By submitting a uniform request, you may need to agree to a paycheck deduction from your net salary to pay the balance the items.
